igure in the wave spray is a refraction of light of another person in a very similar pose. Zooming in doesn't reconcile it either way for me. The reason why I like it is because it's a struggled for combination of composition, movement and moment. I was playing around with the idea of some hoped for action at the end line of the handrail, still wanting to get a bit of water in the foreground, keeping the bench in as much as possible, shadow of railings to the left plus a bit of sea. Hopefully still with a bit of punch. It's only just managed in this shot. It's a kooky old angle too, but that suited my mood with the strong gusts So, it's all there for me and the tones and light work ... well I like it. So it went in the calendar in 2003!
