Amateur artist and owner of Hove Beach Hut 71 livens up the Brighton and Hove promenade by painting his beach hut.........
hut in multicoloured Polka Dots. However the City council rules that its 500 huts must only be painted green with a dark red base with the doors any plain colour. The hut was demolished 48 hours later!
